The eldest daughter of Frank and Roxie Christian the third of eight children born to that union. Since a very young age, she has always had an interest in writing and helping people. During her educational development years, she aspired to be a journalist. Then life happened and she had to change directions. Believing in the divine order of things she chose to accept this new direction despite the hardships that would come.  In doing so she decided to take the mature, responsible road which meant she would have to put her dreams and aspirations aside. During this time she struggled as a single mother while trying to experience what she thought life had to offer. Little did she know that through many trials and hardships, God's plan was unfolding. Through it all she persevered and endured the obstacles in her path, but little did she know this would be the springboard that God would use for what he would gift her. In the later months of 1979, Francine had come to a crossroads and a serious time of decision. That year she married the man God chose for her life partner, husband, and best friend, in the person of Darryl H. Williams. They were married on December 14, 1979, and they are still happily grounded in love. She was called to minister to God's people in 2006, Licensed to minister the Gospel in 2013, and Ordained in 2022 and serves as associate pastor at the True Unity Baptist Church in Fullerton, CA.
